Zetor North America operates a factory service and parts facility in Jacksonville, Florida that supports Zetor tractors throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to tractor support, we are a certified repair facility for MOTORPAL, the manufacturer of the fuel injection equipment used on Zetor engines.

We follow MOTORPAL factory repair and test procedures, use genuine MOTORPAL parts and test equipment.

Our Jacksonville facility repairs and calibrates all MOTORPAL diesel injection equipment such as pumps and injectors. Our repairs are backed by 1 year warranty.

Almost all pumps can be rebuilt at a fraction of cost of a new pump.

How to Get Your MOTORPAL Pump Repaired

1. Contact our service team using the “Request MOTORPAL Pump Service” on this page or by email to service@zetorna.com or call (877) 469-3867 with your tractor/engine model, pump number, and a brief description of the problem.
2. We will confirm the details and provide shipping address and packaging instructions.
3. Please print and fill out “Intake form” and put into the package.
4. Once your pump arrives, we inspect it and provide a repair estimate. With your approval we proceed with repair.
5. After repair and test stand verification, we carefully package the pump and return it to you or your chosen address from Intake Form.
