The new ProximaPlus series expands the horsepower range of the successful Proxima series up to 107 horsepower by adopting proven components from the bigger Forterra series. In addition to more powerful engines, ProximaPlus incorporates over 600 new components and brings many new features and upgrades. ProximaPlus now carries an extended five-year manufacturer's warranty. Move mouse over the yellow dots in the picture of Proxima tractor bellow to learn more about it: Since 1946, Zetor tractors have used Zetor's own engines. The ProximaPlus series engines bring more power and 40% torque rise, along with a smooth run and excellent cold weather starting. This family of Zetor engines has become legendary during their 15 years of production for their reliability, extremely long life and easy servicing. They maintain proven all-mechanical controls, so servicing is greatly simplified. ProximaPlus has standard ground speed PTO, which makes it possible to reverse the direction of PTO rotation (for example, to reverse the rotation of a post hole digger), a unique Zetor feature. The PTO can be run in reverse even while tractor is not moving. So, in Ground speed PTO setting you can run low-horse power implements, such as water pumps or generators, extremely efficiently. For example, you can run your PTO at 540 rpm while engine is at low idle. ProximaPlus is equipped with wet PTO clutch operated by a push button. Independent PTO with 540 and 1000 rpm speeds is standard. A special valve in PTO hydraulic control system makes PTO engagement smooth and gradual. New fully synchronized transmission with synchronized shuttle shift lever on the dashboard. The proven Zetor power shift is now offered also in the ProximaPlus series and is controlled by a reliable electro-hydraulic system and push buttons in the main gear shift lever. Telescopic sway bars with fine adjustment enable fixed or floating positions of lower links with Category I and Category II implements. External controls of the three-point hitch from the rear.

The upgraded cab interior features new floor mats, improved sound insulation, new trim and more. The new seat swivels left and right for easier entry and exit. Swiveling also provides better position at the hydraulic controls.The seat is widely adjustable forward-backwards, for operator's weight, in height, cushion angle, back rest angle, back rest lumbar support stiffness and shape. Arm rests and head rest are adjustable in heights. Standard horizontal isolator can be turned ON and OFF. Double-acting hydraulic shock absorber adds to operator’s comfort.
