Zetor Proxima tractors are equipped with Zetor's own traditional
and well known Zetormatic hydraulic system, upgraded with more power and new features, while maintaining the simplicity of the
open center design.
Zetor's heavy-duty 3-point hitch has very high lifting capacity (6,830 lb on most
models). Such lifting capacity far exceeds most tractors of the same category. There is even an optional second booster cylinder
available for all
models, raising the lifting capacity to 8,000 lb. So, there is ample power to handle even the heaviest
implements of the future. The hitch is adjustable to both Category I and II.
The seat position and large window area ensure
good visibility of the 3-point hitch and of the drawbar.

Telescopic lower link ends make
implement hook-up easy. |
 |
 |
Multiple top link mounting points and hydraulic flow rate adjustment
allow the operator to customize the draft control performance for any soil conditions.
|
Telescopic sway bars are
equipped with special fine adjustment by built-in threaded elements. Fixed or floating positions of lower links are possible with
both Category I and Category II implements, or even older implements not exactly meeting
Cat. I or Cat. II standards.

The newly designed live hydraulic pump with a full-flow fine filter system has 14 gpm capacity.
Unlike many
competitors, all Zetors have a separate 4 gpm pump for steering, so all the oil supplied by the main hydraulic pump is constantly
available for the 3-point hitch and the remotes (loader works at full speed all the time).
The total hydraulic flow is 18 gpm.
Both pumps are externally mounted for easy access. The hydraulic filter is within easy reach, even with the front loader
mounted. Filter servicing is simple and quick.

The hydraulic levers offer finer control of the three
-point hitch. Accurate and sensitive Draft and Mixed controls for plowing and other tillage operations are another traditional
Zetor advantage, product of 40 years of development of Zetormatic hydraulic systems.
Mixed control is a unique feature combining
even plowing depth with high engine power utilization. |
One set of remotes is standard.
A direct return (zero pressure) coupler is also standard (required for hydraulic motors). |
 |
|
Alternatively, for open station tractors, an economical 2nd & 3rd set with direct lever control is available.
Again, one set has float. |
 |
All remote sets (except the first set on open
station tractors) use quick connect (push-pull) couplers. Any Zetor Proxima hydraulic system is compatible with the hydraulic
system of Zetor System loaders, without occupying tractor quick couplers.
|

Two versions of the
optional additional 2nd & 3rd set of remotes can be factory installed or field installed:
Version with two
levers with cable controls is available for both cab and open station models. One spool is equipped with detented pressure
positions with automatic release. Both spools have float.
One of the ports is equipped with special check valve, which avoids
any drift caused by oil otherwise leaking over long periods of time from cylinders back into the tractor.
The symmetrical
layout of this version is ideal for large mowers with foldable wings.
