world. The new generation of Zetor
Range 1 tractors is the Proxima series.

The
Proxima series has been further refined. Every Proxima
combines the heavy, tough, reliable and easy-to-service Zetor Range 1
chassis
with new, more powerful, state of the art engines, updated transmissions with
easier shifting, new hood, updated controls,
more powerful hydraulic systems,
simplified wet disc brakes and a wide range of other improvements.
What did not change is
the basic Range 1 concept: Exceptional
value for the money.
The open station models are all-mechanical tractors, thoroughly
engineered using up-to-date technology in every aspect, while
emphasizing the
highest possible reliability and very easy and inexpensive servicing during
their entire life.
Even the cab
models are still basically all-mechanical design,
but use some electric or pneumatic controls to enhance the comfort. Minimizing
the number of mechanical controls penetrating the inside of the cab also keeps
the cab well sealed and quiet.

engine horsepower range (60 to 78 PTO horsepower):
