Toronto International Farm Show 2010

Zetor again enjoyed tremendous response to the 8040.0 Open Station Tractor, the new 9050.1 Power Shuttle and the 12741.1 Cab Tractor. Close to 25,000 participants came to the 3 day event in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Special thanks goes out to Beard’s Farm Supply, McCabe’s Repair, E.R. Vollans, and Fred Nielson (Zetor North America) for their help in making the 2010 Toronto International Farm Show a success. See pictures from the show inside the article.

ZETOR celebrates important success in Brazil

Traditional Czech tractor producer – Zetor – has achieved an extraordinary goal in Brazil for year 2010. In times, when Czech industry is shaken by the world-wide crisis, Zetor is signing the important Contract for more than 600 units delivery for forthcoming season. Generally we can call this message as pioneering for longingly awaited Czech engineering recovery.

Zetor was awarded at AGROSALON

In the area of Agrokomplex Exhibition, M3 hall, stand no.10 Zetor exhibited four tractors at the exhibition Agrosalon, 2009: Proxima 75, Proxima Plus 105, Proxima Power 115 and Forterra 125.

Two prestigious awards for new models of Zetor tractors

Zetor Group was evaluated for its new model series Proxima Power by prestigious Zlatý kosák award and Zlatý klas award for its new model Proxima Power 105. Zlatý kosák was awarded within the frame of 36th international agricultural and food exhibition in Nitra which was taking place 20th – 24th August. The other no fewer prestigeous award, Zlatý klas, was procured on 36th international exhibition Země �ivitelka in České Budějovice /27.8 – 1.9./.

Low Profile version for Silver Series

The new Silver Series is also available in Low Profile version, in 70, 80, 90 and 100 HP horsepower ranges.

New Zetor Power Plus Series

The much-anticipated Power Plus series with power shuttle, 24/24 transmission with 3-speed powershift and hydraulic PTO clutch is now available in four models: 90, 100, 110 and 120 HP.

Models Zetor 35 a Zetor 50 Super

Zetor's tradition and success was based on the existence of it's own Research and Development which started in 1954. The first result of activities of these department was the development of Zetor 35 tractors and later the very successful tractor model Zetor Super 50.
When production of Zetor 25 tractors was transferred in the mid fifties to factory in Lí�eň, Zbrojovka began production more powerful tractors - models Zetor 35 and Zetor 50 Super (track and half-track tractors), but their production finished in the late sixties. Delivery of tractors components for the Super 50 from Zbrojovka for the assembly plant in Burma (Myanmar) went until 1975.
